Download and complete the Entry Form from the bottom of the Training Overview page and send
it to your regional sales representative. We will send you the account
invitation as soon as possible.
After submitting the entry form to the ACS team, we will create an account for you. Please setup your password through the invitation mail to activate your account.
The invitation email will be sent by ATEN with the subject line Add a password to your new account at ATEN.

Q2: What hardware do I need to access ACS?
ACS training site is web-based, requiring only a PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Enjoy the flexibility to learn online anytime, anywhere!

Q5: There are so many courses to choose from. Which courses should I take?
Each course corresponds to a specific product line, allowing
you to select courses that align with the product lines you manage.

- Sell: This phase covers essential knowledge suitable for all job functions, including salespersons, system integrators, customer service personnel, and technicians.
- Design: This phase provides advanced content such as project planning, in-depth product knowledge, and application. We recommend completing the Sell module before progressing to Design.
- Installation: This phase focuses on advanced topics like product installation and troubleshooting. We recommend technical and customer service personnel complete the Sell and Design phases before moving on to Installation.
*Important: If you aim to earn an ACS 2.0 certificate,
please enroll in all the Sell, Design, and Installation modules in ACS 2.0 and
pass each one to qualify for certification.
Q6: How can I pass ACS subjects?
Each ACS subject consists of a few courses and a final test.
To successfully complete a subject, you must finish all courses and achieve a
score of 80 or higher. Lastly, don’t forget to complete the survey.

How can I determine if I have completed an ACS course?
You can easily track your learning progress for each course in My Courses page after sign in.

What if I don’t complete the courses before the due date?
The 2025 ACS program is offered since January 20 to November 30.
If you don’t complete the courses by the end date, don’t worry! You can re-enroll in the next year.
*Reminder: Learning data will be erased after each year ends, and your learning records will not carry over to new year.

Q9: When can I get the certificates?
In 2025, we will issue certificates in three batches. Certificates will be sent as a PDF file to the email address you registered within two weeks after the following dates:
For example, if you pass a course on June 10, 2025, your completion date falls in Batch 2, and you will receive your certificate within two weeks after Batch 2 ends.

Q10: Why isn't there a Design module in the new KVM 2.0 course?
The KVM Design module is currently under development and
will be launched as soon as it’s ready. Stay tuned!
In the meantime, don’t worry—if you pass the Sell and Installation modules in KVM, you will still qualify for the KVM certificate.

Q11: Can I download the training materials?
Yes, training materials are available for download in PDF format. You can check the attachment icons on the left-hand side of the course list to download PDFs. Alternatively, you can click the attachment icon in the upper-right corner of the course player to download the material currently playing.
